Service Guidelines & Expectations
We’re committed to providing the best cleaning experience possible! Here’s what you can expect at each of our service levels.
For safety and liability reasons, we cannot move large or heavy objects over 25 lbs. If you would like us to clean under furniture, please ensure those items are moved in advance. This helps our team work efficiently and safely while providing you with the best cleaning results.
Accurate booking is essential to ensure we allocate the right amount of time and resources for your cleaning service. To avoid additional fees or scheduling adjustments, please select the correct service level when booking. If a home’s condition is misrepresented, SF House Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify, cancel, or apply additional charges to the booking. If you are unsure which service level to choose, feel free to call us—we are happy to assist you in selecting the right option for your needs.
Our cleaners have the right to cancel any service if a home is deemed unsafe to enter due to infestation, extreme conditions, hoarding, or other hazards. If a cleaner proceeds with the service under these conditions, additional charges will apply based on the home’s condition, determined in partnership with the cleaner and SF House Cleaning Services administrative staff. Customers who repeatedly book under misrepresented conditions may be restricted from making future appointments.
To ensure your satisfaction, all feedback and re-clean requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your appointment. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and provide a solution. We take pride in our work and want every customer to be happy with our services.
